Disappointed

I have not received my order yet!!
It’s been over two weeks.
I paid a lot of money to have this order shipped.

Unfortunately, it appears that the shipping courier delayed the delivery by several days. We are actively working with our shipping partners to prevent such issues in the future.

We had shipped it the day after you had placed the order which is very quick. We were not in control of the courier taking so long which I apologize for.

The package has been delivered on July 2nd, 2024, so we hope we could earn a better review in the future.

no hardware and no reply to my email :-(

Would be a 5 star review - I love the blinds - but one package did not have hardware included (a 3 hook size) and when I emailed the company no one relied. I am hoping that someone could please send me the hardware I can’t find any hooks except silver ones :-(

We apologize that we missed your email! We do not sell any extra hardware than what comes included with the blinds unfortunately. Hook screws are sold reguarly at home hardware stores. If you don't like the colour they can always be painted. Sorry for the inconvenience.
