Looks great in our room
Dear BambooBlinds.ca Customer Service,
I am unable to provide a rating at this time because I have not yet received my bamboo blinds.
It has been 14 days since I placed my order, and Purolator has still not delivered it. According to the tracking information, the package was loaded onto a delivery vehicle, but the delivery was not completed. It was apparently returned to Purolator’s local warehouse because the package was too heavy and required two drivers. The tracking updates continue to indicate that two drivers are needed for delivery.
All the blinds were packed together in a single package, and this appears to have created a delivery issue. I have been following the tracking updates, but my order remains undelivered.
I believe you should contact Purolator directly to investigate what happened and obtain feedback on how the blinds were packaged. This would help prevent similar delivery problems in the future.
Once I receive my blinds, I will be happy to provide an honest rating based on my experience.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Kind regards,
José Concepción
Hi Jose, We are so sorry to hear that Purolator has let us down with your delivery. This is very strange since the package was only 21 lbs. we ship boxes far heavier than this and this is the first time we have heard of a driver requiring another person to help them. We see your delivery was completed today sow we hope you enjoy your blinds at last. Best Regards Ben
These are nicely made blinds. Exactly as expected :) Would buy again.
