I gave this starts because I received my order very late
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your order took longer than expected to arrive. Your order was placed on July 22nd at 5:32 PM and was shipped the following business day. Unfortunately, it experienced an unexpected transit delay with the carrier due to rail disruptions caused by wildfires and was delivered on August 4th.
