Orders are typically processed within 1โ€“3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Please note:

  • Larger blinds (typically 5 ft and above) may be considered oversized by carriers
  • Oversized packages are subject to an additional $20โ€“$25 feeย per package
  • We do our best to pack multiple blinds together to reduce these fees whenever possible
  • In some cases, package weight or mixed sizes may require multiple oversized packages
  • Shipping costs may vary depending on product combinations in your order
  • If any adjustments are required, we will contact you before shipping

๐Ÿ“ Helpful Shipping Tips

  • Shipping 1 blind often costs nearly the same as shipping multiple blinds
  • Shipping to a business address is often cheaper than residential delivery

๐ŸŒฟ Product Expectations (Important)

Our bamboo blinds are made from natural materials.

This means:

  • Slight variations in colour, tone, and texture are normal
  • Each blind is unique and may not be an exact match

We do our best to ensure blinds in the same order are as close in colour as possible. If any are significantly different, we will often resupply from our supplier to improve matching.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

๐Ÿ” Returns & Exchanges

Due to the high cost of shipping, all blind sales are final.

We recommend ordering one blind as a sample before placing larger orders if you are unsure.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and contents
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will assist you with the claims process where applicable.

๐Ÿ“ Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery (including porch theft)
