    Imperial Brown Bamboo Blinds, Round & Flat Stick, measuring 5ft by 6ft (60"W x 72"L). These are brown carbonized bamboo slat roll-up blinds. They feature brown bamboo flat slats with brown matchstick bamboo. The blinds block sunlight effectively and cool the room, although they do not serve as a privacy screen. The blinds can be mounted inside or outside on window frames using the provided screw hooks. Included hardware consists of two screw hooks and one blind cord safety cleat. All dimensions are specified by width by height.

    I have not received my order yet!!
    It’s been over two weeks.
    I paid a lot of money to have this order shipped.

    I’m very disappointed!!

    We sincerely apologize for the delay you’ve experienced with your order. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait, especially after paying for shipping.

    Unfortunately, it appears that the shipping courier delayed the delivery by several days. We are actively working with our shipping partners to prevent such issues in the future.

    We had shipped it the day after you had placed the order which is very quick. We were not in control of the courier taking so long which I apologize for.

    The package has been delivered on July 2nd, 2024, so we hope we could earn a better review in the future.

    no hardware and no reply to my email :-(

    Would be a 5 star review - I love the blinds - but one package did not have hardware included (a 3 hook size) and when I emailed the company no one relied. I am hoping that someone could please send me the hardware I can’t find any hooks except silver ones :-(

    We apologize that we missed your email! We do not sell any extra hardware than what comes included with the blinds unfortunately. Hook screws are sold reguarly at home hardware stores. If you don't like the colour they can always be painted. Sorry for the inconvenience.
